One area where ProPlanner truly excels is its excellent damage management, which is of course an indispensable aspect of maintaining a profitable fleet.
Our tablet app offers a range of options:
- you can use the app to take photos of any damage and pinpoint its location on a vehicle diagram. This isn’t just limited to bodywork damage in ProPlanner; you can also record interior damage and faults.
- you can charge the excess and handling fee automatically if you wish.
- once a repair has taken place, you can tick to confirm the damage has been resolved. A historical overview of all damage incurred remains available to view at any time.
