Invoicing

With ProPlanner’s extensive invoicing options, invoicing becomes as easy as child’s play. Once again, we’ve not just made things easier for you; the fact that everything is digital also helps you do your bit for the environment.

• The invoicing run module enables you to generate invoices fully automatically. ProPlanner will draw up a list of all contracts due for invoicing within a specific period and settles them centrally. Long-term contracts can also be invoiced automatically on a regular basis.
   
• The transactions module helps you keep track of whether your customers have paid their deposits or advances. These amounts are automatically included on the contract and invoice. Other forms of payment can also be entered into this module.
   
• Any excess mileage and fuel used are automatically added to the invoice, but you can also add additional line items for fines or insurance excesses.
