ProPlanner manages the invoicing and planning at A&M Rent
A&M Rent is the in-house rental company of A&M Invest - the largest automotive group of Limburg with brands such as Audi, Volkswagen, Seat, Skoda, BMW, Mini, Jaguar, and Land Rover. In 2018, they already implemented the ProPlanner fleet software in various branches, but the tool has been used even more with great success since the founding of A&M Rent.
In November 2021, A&M Invest added a 26th branch, bringing their internal fleet to around 1,600 vehicles. These include replacement cars, demo cars for sales, and company cars for employees.

A functionality that we also often use is the TCO control. ProPlanner stores a lot of vehicle data, so that the monthly cost of each vehicle can be calculated precisely.
With ProPlanner, customisation is no problem either. We have already approached Jumik several times with specific needs and these have always been met. In case of urgent questions, we call on the handy support service, which immediately helps us out. The short response time is a huge asset here. So, we’re really a very satisfied customer.
In the near future, we are planning an additional integration with i-Controller so that we can also send our reminders as an attached PDF.”
