Privacy Policy
We understand that your trust in us is the most important asset of the private limited company JUMIK (hereinafter referred to as “JUMIK”, “we” or “us”). Your privacy is therefore of essential importance to us. This privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Policy”) shall apply, among other things, to (i) our websites https://www.jumik.be, https://www.proplanner.be en https://www.combo-software.be (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), (ii) all (commercial) relationships between JUMIK and its customers, prospective customers and business partners, and (iii) visits to the registered office of JUMIK. Among other things, this Privacy Policy contains information about the personal data that JUMIK collects, as well as the manner in which JUMIK uses and processes such personal data. JUMIK wishes to emphasise that it shall always take every effort to comply with the “Privacy Legislation”, namely (I) the EU Regulation 2016/679 dated 27 April 2016 concerning the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, and (ii) the Law dated 30 July 2018 concerning the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data. Visiting the Website and/or any communication with JUMIK implies your express approval of the Privacy Statement (by means of communication of your personal data or opt-in) and thus the way in which JUMIK collects, uses and processes your personal data. Please read this Privacy Policy in conjunction with the JUMIK cookie policy
1 Types of personal data
JUMIK may collect and process the following personal data:

✓ (Company) Address (street, number, post code, city and country)
✓ E-mail address
✓ VAT number
✓ Bank account number
✓ Telephone number (fixed and mobile)
✓ Account name
✓ Gender
✓ Social media data
✓ Photos
✓ Camera images
✓ All personal data contained in the free field of the contact form
✓ All other personal data voluntarily transferred to JUMIK (e.g. during correspondence)
JUMIK also automatically collects anonymous information concerning the use you make of the Website. For example, JUMIK will automatically log which parts of the Website you visit, which web browser you use, and which website you visited when you accessed the Website. We cannot identify you on the basis of this data, but it allows JUMIK to compile statistics on the use of the Website.
2 Method of collecting personal data
These personal data are collected during or in the context of:

✓ Correspondence with and sent by JUMIK
✓ Requesting a quotation
✓ The use you make of the services of JUMIK
✓ Registering for webinars, events, seminars, etc.
✓ Exchanging business cards

This personal data collected by JUMIK are thus expressly and voluntarily provided by you.
3 Use of personal data
JUMIK may use your personal data for the following purposes:
✓ The fulfilment of an agreement with JUMIK (including the follow-up thereof)
✓ Replying to questions (whether or not raised via a contact form)
✓ Optimising the quality, management, and content of the Website
✓ Statistical purposes
✓ Drawing up a quotation (and sending it)
✓ Follow up after a meeting
✓ Creation of an account
✓ Providing support/assistance (e.g. in case of problems)
✓ Sending newsletters
✓ Sending targeted marketing and advertising, updates and promotional offers
✓ Conducting customer satisfaction surveys, questionnaires and other market research
✓ Confirmation of registration for a webinar, seminar, event, etc.
✓ Sending invoices and collecting payments
✓ The use of camera images/photos for promotional purposes on the Website and/or social media
Processing is carried out on the following legal grounds, depending on whether:
✓ You have given us consent for the processing of your personal data for one or more specific purposes
✓ The processing is necessary for the fulfilment of the agreement with JUMIK or in order to take measures requested by you, prior to the conclusion of an agreement
✓ The processing is required in order to fulfil a legal obligation of JUMIK
✓ The processing is necessary in order to protect your vital interests or those of another natural person
✓ The processing is necessary for the fulfilment of a task of general interest
✓ Processing is necessary for safeguarding the legitimate interests pursued by JUMIK or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms that require protection of personal data (especially if you are a minor)
4 Disclosure of personal data to third parties
JUMIK shall not disclose your personal data to third parties, unless it is necessary in the context of the performance of the agreement and the optimisation thereof (such as, but not limited to, database management, sending deliveries or providing services to JUMIK (i.e. subcontracting). In this context, your personal data may be transferred to software suppliers, data centres, transport partners, external IT consultants or other service providers.
If it is necessary for JUMIK to disclose your personal data to third parties, the third party in question is obliged to use your personal data in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Statement. Notwithstanding the above, JUMIK may disclose your personal data:
✓ To the competent authorities (i) if JUMIK is bound to do the same under the law or in connection with ongoing or future judicial proceedings, and (ii) to protect and defend the rights of JUMIK.
✓ If JUMIK or almost the entirety of its assets are taken over by a third party; in such case, your personal data that JUMIK has collected shall be one of the assets transferred.
In all other cases, JUMIK shall not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties, unless it has (i) obtained your consent for the same, and (ii) has concluded a data processing agreement with the concerned third party, under which the necessary guarantees concerning confidentiality and privacy in accordance with the handling of your personal data are provided for.
5 Cross-border processing of personal data
Any transfer of personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) to a recipient whose domicile or registered office is in a country which does not fall under the adequacy decision enacted by the European Commission, shall be governed by the provisions of a data transfer agreement, which shall either contain (i) the standard contractual clauses, as referred to in the ‘European Commission Decision of 5 February 2010 (Decision 2010/87/EC)’, or (ii) provides guarantees via any other mechanism pursuant to the Privacy Legislation, or any other regulations pertaining to the processing of personal data.
6 Storage of personal data
Unless a longer retention period is required or justified in connection with compliance with any other legal obligation, JUMIK shall retain your personal data only for the period that is necessary for the achievement and fulfilment of the objectives, such as described in this Privacy Policy under 'III. Use of personal data'.
7 Your privacy rights
In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the following privacy rights: ✓ Right to access your personal data;
✓ Right to rectification, completion or update of your personal data;
✓ The right to delete your personal data (‘right to be forgotten’) (in this connection, JUMIK would like to draw your attention to the fact that specific services may no longer be available or it may be impossible to provide the same if you delete or arrange for the deletion of specific necessary personal data);
✓ Right to a restriction on the processing of your personal data;
✓ Right to transferability of your personal data;
✓ Right to object to/oppose the processing of your personal data.

In principle you can exercise these rights free of charge by using the above-mentioned form.

8 Security of personal data
JUMIK undertakes to implement appropriate and reasonable physical, technological and organisational security measures with a view to preventing (i) unauthorised or unlawful access to your personal data, as well as (ii) loss, misuse or alteration of your personal data.
JUMIK will store all personal data it has collected on site and/or in the cloud with data centres in the EU. Notwithstanding (i) the security policy of JUMIK, (ii) the checks that it carries out, and (iii) the actions it takes in this regard, an infallible level of security cannot be guaranteed. No method of transmission or transfer via the Internet or any method of electronic storage is 100% secure, which means JUMIK cannot guarantee absolute security in this context.
9 Updating this Privacy Policy
JUMIK shall have the right to update this Privacy Policy by posting a new version of the same on the Website. It is highly recommended that you regularly check the Websites and the relevant page of the Privacy Statement to ensure that you are aware of any changes.
10 References to other websites
The Website may contain hyperlinks to other websites. When you click on one of these links, you may be directed to another website or Internet source that knowingly or using cookies or other technologies may collect information about you. JUMIK does not bear any responsibility, liability or authority to control these other websites or internet sources, nor does it have any responsibility for the collection, use and distribution of your personal data. You must check the privacy policy of these other websites and internet sources yourself in order to assess whether or not they are complying with the Privacy laws.
